Hmm, looks like it depends on the keyboard layout: The pipe is Alt+7 and backslash Shift+Alt+7 on my German keyboard. Which actually makes some sense, given that the slash is Shift+7.

I found the pipe symbol … it’s shift+alt+L … I think I got all my Mac issues cleared up now

Yes: It was announced on rubforen.de, ruby-talk, ruby-de-talk, this blog (which in turn was updated at rubycorner.com).
Anyway, I have to admit that we did it on a rather short notice, since we (me and another one) decided to meet only on the Saturday before.

Okay, here is a quick fix:

The scope of #{…} is:
source.ruby.embedded.source

The scope selector for Run is:

source.ruby - source.ruby.embedded

(on every ruby-source that is not embedded)

If you delete “- source.ruby.embedded”, this works well. The problem is: now you have this command vor every embedded source (ERB, etc.).

You’ll find the announcement of Euruko 2007 on this blog as well as on the wiki we’re using.
So it’s not ‘RubyConf Europe’, but Euruko for I guess already historical reasons.
If you like to attend or give a presentation, just add your name and e-mail address to the list on the wiki. Yes, it’s that easy. The fee is very likely to be collected during the checking in at the very beginning of the conference.
At the previous conferences we had presentations only, if I remember correctly. There were advanced presentations as well as beginner-level talks.
In the end it’s up to the presenters and what wishes you post to the wiki. You’re invited to add your ideas to the request for topic page of the wiki.

I would like to go the RubyConf Europe, where i can buy a ticket ? It’s only for advance level ( i am from RoR, i am not guru in Ruby)
